SHIPPING POLICIES

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 7 business days. 

*Processing time on order may be up to 3 weeks if we are experiencing a higher volume of orders.*

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

After your order has been packed and a shipping label is created you will receive further tracking information via email to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have any tracking inquires please email hyacinthsdesigns1@gmail.com

Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or returns as they go directly into processing once the order has been placed. 

If there is an issue with your order, please email hyacinthsdesigns1@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.  

 

Damaged Items 

If you received a damaged item please reach out to us via email within 4 days of the delivered date. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item and we have the item in stock we will exchange the item. If we no longer have this item in stock you will be refunded minus shipping. Please send an email to hyacinthsdesigns1@gmail.com

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim. 

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
