Cancellations, Exchanges & Store Credit
We want you to love your order! Because our items move into processing quickly, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Processing time may be up to 3 weeks during high order volume.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. After your order has been packed and a shipping label is created, you will receive tracking information via email. If you have any tracking inquiries, please email hyacinthsdesigns1@gmail.com.
Exchanges

Exchanges are always free.

If you need a different size or item, we’re happy to help make it right.

Exchanges are processed as store credit (gift card) so you can reorder the correct item.

Stock for exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Store Credit

If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, we’re happy to offer it.

Store credit will be issued for the item price minus shipping costs.

Store credit never expires and can be used on a future purchase.
Issues With Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue (damaged item, incorrect item, or missing item), email hyacinthsdesigns1@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must not be removed

No stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), or pet hair

Items must not be altered in any way
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/USPS and filing a lost package claim or stolen package claim.
Final Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
